Taking Things off the Walls

Just because something is secure on your wall does not mean the vibrations are going to knock it down. However, as the saying goes, “Better to be safe than sorry”. If you have something valuable or irreplaceable on the wall, take it off until the job is done.
Moving Vehicles
On the day of the roof removal and replacement, your driveway will often contain a dump truck/trailer and the contractor’s vehicles. If you plan on leaving anytime during the replacement, it is important to move your vehicle before your contractor arrives so you do not get blocked in. If you do get blocked in and need to leave, the entire roofing replacement job has to stop and clear everything just so you can get out.
